Janice is a lovely peron and very professional carer. She anticipates needs and is very thoughtful. Her cooking and cleaning are excellent, as is her care.She has a smile on her face almost all the time. My mother is a lovely person at·heart. but she finds her current incapacity very challenging and stometimes isn't as nice to Janice as she should be. Janice takes all this in her stride and gets on with things.
