Myla (Marinella) Manlongat 
Operations Director

Myla founded the organisation in 2014. She is a Chartered Physio and worked as a carer in Nursing and Residential homes, when she first settled in the UK in 2010. Additionally, she studied up to NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care and holds a BSC in Nursing from the Philippines. 

Lynn James
Registered Manager

Lynn joined this sector in 1999 and holds an NVQ 5 in Health and social care, leadership and management. She has wide experience including care homes, domiciliary, palliative and sheltered housing care.

Bryann Reyes
Deputy Manager

Bryann is the Godson of our founder. He has a first class degree in Business Studies and after graduating in London he worked as a carer in a nursing home group for 2 years. He has also achieved an NVQ 5 in Health and Social care since he joined us in 2018.

Sheila Gomez
Quality Assurance Officer and Field Care Supervisor

Sheila joined us in 2019, she holds an NVQ 6 which she studied with our founder. She also qualified and practised as a Social Worker in the Philippines.

Kathrine (Kat) Reyes
Senior Admin Manager and Field Care Supervisor

Kat joined us in 2017, she is Bryann’s sister, thus continuing the family ethos of our team. She has an NVQ5 gained with us as well as a BSc in child psychology from the Philippines and a masters in Business studies from Cardiff.

Franklin Fontanos

Nursebuddy Admin - Field Care Supervisor

Frank has been with us since 2021 and has an NVQ5 gained whilst with us. He holds Physiotherapy degree, which he studied for with our founder in the Philipines
